About Me

I’m a counsellor who believes that every person deserves a space where they can feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward. My practice is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to meeting people exactly where they are.

I work with both neurodiverse and neurotypical clients, and I welcome women and men from all walks of life. While I specialise in supporting individuals experiencing health anxiety, my passion extends to helping anyone who feels overwhelmed, stuck, or in need of a safe place to explore their thoughts and emotions.

No two people are the same, and neither is the way they experience the world. That’s why I take a tailored, person‑centred approach Whether you’re navigating anxiety, adjusting to change, or simply seeking greater clarity and balance, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and practical support.

My aim is to help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more connected to the life you want to live.

I started State of Mental out of passion for better mental health. I once needed support and wasn't able to access it. That experience shaped me deeply it showed me how vital accessible, compassionate, and personalised care truly is. I wanted to build the kind of space I once needed myself: a place where people feel safe, validated, and genuinely supported as they navigate their own challenges.
